The Learner using the Immerscio.bio Platform expressly undertakes to adopt respectful behavior when interacting with the Immerscio.bio Platform and, in particular, to:
Not use software, applications, interfaces, or assistance from a third party likely to harm the proper functioning of the Immerscio.bio Platform;
Not infringe the intellectual property rights of the Immerscio.bio Platform (see clauses no. 7 and no. 8);
Not encourage, disseminate, or utter, in any form whatsoever, threats, statements, or content of a violent, insulting, hateful, or racist nature, or any content contrary to the purpose of the Immerscio.bio Platform, to public decency, public order, and legal provisions;
Not use identifiers other than their personal identifiers and/or disclose their personal identifiers to third parties.
By browsing the Immerscio.bio Platform, the Learner acknowledges having read these GTU. They also undertake to comply with them throughout the duration of the access opening and their Training. Acceptance of these GTU is given by the Learner during the first login to the account, with double acceptance by ticking the box provided for this purpose.
The Service Provider declines any liability in the event of misuse of the Immerscio.bio Platform or use that does not comply with the conditions mentioned above.

In order to assert their rights, the Learner will have twenty-four (24) hours from the date they become aware of the defect to contact technical support by email at support@immerscio.com or via the Help button on the Platform (shown by a question mark at the top right of the screen).
The response and correction time for the defect by technical support will depend on the severity of the defect identified by the technical teams following the Learner’s report of the defect. The timeframe may vary from a few hours to a few days.
The Learner may also freely contact the Immerscio.bio Platform at support@immerscio.com for any information relating to a malfunction, to report the presence of inappropriate content, or to report malicious behavior.
INFORMATION ON TRAINING PATHS AND MODULES
Any administrative and/or organizational questions must be addressed to the Sales Administration Officer, reachable at salesadmin@immerscio.com.
Access modalities to Training
The Immerscio.bio Platform offers digital training in e-learning, serious games, VR, or MR formats combining distance and in-person learning. These modules and paths offer individualized interactivity adapted to the Learner’s expectations with quizzes, case studies, and role-play scenarios, to reinforce understanding and retention of knowledge while meeting specific educational objectives.
The formats of each training activity and the prerequisites necessary to complete the modules and paths are described in the information sheet for the relevant training module or path, available on the Immerscio.bio Platform.
During their Training, the Learner may access the purchased training content in French or English, according to their choice. The training content will be displayed in the language preselected on the Immerscio.bio Platform, which can be changed at any time by the Learner from their area.
The Learner has a total access period of two (2) months for enrollment in one or more training modules and a total period of four (4) months for enrollment in one or more entire training paths, starting from receipt of the email sending their unique identification link.
Clarification. For any person with a disability, it is possible to obtain the granting of extended time (tiers-temps) after a prior request to the Service Provider. Where applicable, the Learner will have a period of three (3) months to complete one or more modules, from receipt of the email sending their unique identification link. In the case of a path, the Learner has a period of six (6) months, from receipt of the email sending their unique identification link.
These periods are not cumulative. These periods run from the date of receipt of the email sent by the sender noreply@immerscio.com informing them of the creation of their Immerscio.bio account and their access to the Immerscio.bio Platform via a link. Once these periods have elapsed, the Learner will no longer be able to access or complete their Training.
If the Learner faces a force majeure event, in accordance with Article 1218 of the French Civil Code, preventing them from completing all of their Training, they must contact the Service Provider as soon as possible at salesadmin@immerscio.com.
The Training offered is mainly conducted online and remotely, with the exception of VR and MR sessions. Consequently, the Learner will freely set their schedule and pace of work within the aforementioned access periods, except for VR/MR sessions which will depend on the time slots available and booked by the Learner.
In case of suspected disengagement by the Learner, the Immerscio.bio Platform will implement a follow-up system to support the Learner in continuing their Training and to avoid any abandonment or early cessation.
The Client may also access, from their space as a “Group Manager,” the progress rates and detailed data on the progress of the training followed by their enrolled Learners.
The Learner using the Immerscio.bio Platform confirms having been informed that certain specific training activities must be carried out in person. Suitable digital equipment will be available and provided at designated sites, after the Learner books a predefined time slot, for on-site use only.
The equipment provided and loaned by the Service Provider must under no circumstances be returned in a degraded state, out of order, or broken. The operating condition of the equipment will be checked before and after its use by each Learner by the person in charge of the checks. In the event of damage or breakage of the equipment, the Service Provider reserves the right to withhold a financial penalty, not exceeding the purchase price of the product, from the Learner concerned.
Assessment modalities
With regard to the assessment of Learners, knowledge/skills tests are included in each Training:
At the level of a training course:
Each training course is composed of several training modules. The last module of each training includes an assessment test. The number of attempts is unlimited, provided they are completed within the allotted time. Note that there are also dependencies between modules within a training: in most cases and as specified on the information page of each training, completion of a module conditions access to the next module.
At the end of each training course, the Learner completes and validates the relevant training within the allotted time and will receive a certificate of completion corresponding to the validated training. The training is considered successful when the score reaches 80% or more.
At the level of a training path:
Each path is composed of training courses. The last training course of the path is entirely dedicated to assessing each Learner’s knowledge over the entire completed path. The Learner must obtain a minimum score of 80% to validate the assessment of the last training. The Learner must pass this assessment in order to validate the path and obtain the certificate of completion. The number of attempts is limited to three (3).
At the end of each training path, the Learner has completed the entire training path within the allotted time and has validated the end-of-path skills assessment within the limit of the three (3) authorized attempts: they will then receive a certificate of completion corresponding to the validated path. The training is considered successful when the score reaches 80% or more.
Any certificate issued by the Service Provider will be available in the Learner’s area after completion of their Training. The Learner must send their personal certificate to their employer, the Client, themselves.
At the end of the Training, the Immerscio.bio Platform provides the Learner with an immediate and delayed satisfaction questionnaire.
PERSONAL RIGHT OF USE
The Training chosen by the Client is for the exclusive use of the enrolled Learners to whom access has been granted by the Service Provider, for the performance of the Training Agreement.
Login credentials and the login link are strictly personal and confidential information under the exclusive responsibility of the Learner. As such, they may not be transferred, resold, or shared with third parties. The Learner guarantees the Service Provider the performance of this clause and will be liable for any fraudulent or abusive use of the access codes.
The Learner shall immediately inform the Immerscio.bio Platform of the loss or theft of the access keys.
In the event of a breach of the non-transferability clause or sharing of access keys, established by any means, the Service Provider reserves the right to suspend the Service without compensation, notice, or prior information and, where applicable, to take action against the Learner.
QUALITY OF INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE IMMERSCIO.BIO PLATFORM
The Service Provider exercises the utmost care and uses all means to publish quality information and training on the Immerscio.bio Platform.
The information provided on the Immerscio.bio Platform is for training purposes.
However, the Service Provider cannot absolutely guarantee the accuracy and completeness of all such information/training. Consequently, the Service Provider, subject to an obligation of means, cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from information that is misused and/or proves to be inaccurate or incomplete, nor for any damage resulting from any intrusion by a third party.
ACCESSIBILITY AND INCLUSION POLICY
The Service Provider has established an Accessibility and Inclusion Policy targeting people with disabilities, in order to create an inclusive environment open to as many people as possible. For more details, please consult Immerscio.bio’s Accessibility and Inclusion Policy, available on the Immerscio.bio website.
The Immerscio.bio Platform has implemented accommodations for Learners with disabilities:
For activities within training modules and paths carried out remotely:
Modules may be adapted, such as enabling subtitles or audio. These accommodations can be directly activated by the Learner in their area when completing the Training. The steps to set up these accommodations are mentioned in the menu before the start of the activity.
Granting extended time is also possible and must be approved before the start of the Training, upon the Client’s request and the Service Provider’s written agreement.
No extended time unilaterally claimed by the Learner will be valid.
Our training complies with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), with the exception of 3D, VR, and AR content. For such content, alternatives are offered to the Learner. For any questions or information, please contact support@immerscio.com.
For any specific request, the persons concerned may contact the Platform’s disability officer directly at salesadmin@immerscio.com.
For in-person sessions (VR and MR):
All premises where VR or MR sessions take place are adapted to accommodate people with reduced mobility or disabilities.
For more details, please consult Immerscio.bio’s Accessibility and Inclusion Policy.
Warnings regarding the use of VR.
Most modules include VR or MR sessions. However, the use of VR can be dangerous for some persons with disabilities. A pedagogical alternative will be made available to the Learners concerned, such as replacement videos.
Clarifications. The Service Provider strongly advises against the use of VR in the following situations:
People with epileptic disorders;
People suffering from sleep deprivation, anxiety, migraines, earaches, and other ailments (risk of increased sensitivity);
Pregnant women;
People with psychiatric disorders;
People with binocular vision anomalies, heart disease, or other serious illnesses, as well as people with a pacemaker and/or hearing aid;
People suffering from motion sickness (risk of discomfort when using headsets, although VR sessions involve little movement and moving environments).
In case of doubt, it is strongly recommended to contact your physician or specialist.
If you are in one of the aforementioned cases, please feel free to contact the Service Provider’s team at support@immerscio.com to obtain more information on possible accommodations.
For further information, please contact the Service Provider’s disability officer at salesadmin@immerscio.com.
