This immersive activity provides hands-on training in the execution of key purification steps in a controlled environment: affinity chromatography, tangential flow filtration (TFF), diafiltration, and final 0.22 µm filtration. It includes best practices for calibration, line connection, sampling, and Cleaning-In-Place (CIP).
